MINI REUNION; BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

CELEBRATION THIS THURSDAY, OCTOBER 11

Class of 1960 Birthday Celebration This Thursday, October 11, 2012

Come join us for lunch at the Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant  beginning at 11:00 am.   The restaurant is located on Route 340 (Old Philadelphia Pike) in Bird-In-Hand, PA.  Please plan to meet in the front lobby of the restaurant, no later than 11:10 so that we may be seated together.

You and your spouse/guest (if present) will be able to select the smorgasbord meal ($11.99 per person plus tax and gratuity, total $14.50) or you may order a less expensive meal from the menu, either a lunch or dinner item.  Each person or couple will only pay for what they order, no extra charges.

After we have our meal at the Bird-in-Hand Restaurant, we will take a short tour of Lancaster County on our way to our next stop, the actual Birthday Celebration with cake and ice cream.  For this event, we have arranged to use the dining room of Calvary Church, our church home, located at 1051 Landis Valley Road, Lancaster.  It is about a 12 minute drive from the restaurant and the facility is quite comfortable and spacious for our visiting time. 

The evening of Thursday, October 11, there is a free fun night of dancing sponsored by the Swing Thru Square Dance Club at the Lititz Church of the Brethren, 300 W. Orange Street, Lititz, PA   If you plan to stay in the Lancaster area, you would be welcome to come to this event from 7 to 9 p.m.   Dress is casual.  No experience necessary.  Exercise your mind…exercise your body…and have fun doing it! 

All of these events are optional, please come for any or all of them that fit your schedule.
